Q. Is the product safe for my children and pets?

A. Yes! Although it is more expensive for us to invest in children and pet safe products, we understand how valuable your family is and want to help protect them as well. If anyone in our around the household gets any of our product on their feet, hands, or mouth; rest assured they will be safe.

Q: What if I move?

A: If you move within the valley, you will most likely have very similar pest issues. In this circumstance, our service would move with you. After your move, ask about our new move in special treatment. We will add this treatment at no additional charge when you are all settled in your new home, or before you move in if you would like us to be able to give a more thorough treatment.

If you move into an apartment complex and/or out of our service area, we will not require you to stay with any service agreement you may have with us. But please refer your friends and family who will be staying in the area!

All you will need to do in order to end your service agreement, is send us a copy of your utility bill or another bill with your name and new address and a copy of your lease agreement if you are in an apartment or other complex.

Q: Do you have a referral program?

A: Yes! If you refer a future customer to us, we will give you half off your next payment.
